So, it's been a few months since the Mega Decker and what with the upcoming royal nuptials we wondered if we should do a royal themed giant snack.
Any suggestions anyone ?

On the back of the recent publicity we have agreed to our first commission! It's for a wedding in December though so you'll have to wait until then to find out what it is! We are doing one for charity in June though - suggestions welcome!

Yesterday saw our latest project - the Walnut Whopper - being unveiled on Danny Baker's show on BBC Radio London. The reaction from everyone was amazing and it was great fun to go into the studios for the day. Thanks to everyone for their positive comments.
As for the suggestions of what we can do next, I think we're gonna have a break from snack making for a while but no doubt we'll be back on it soon!
You can watch the whopper opening in the studio here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRxaugksGv0

So, after many hours of experimenting the Malteser threw us our first failure - curse you Baker !
Still, not ones to give up we returned to the kitchen and are close to completing an alternative which we think will be just as good, if not better, than the Malteser - the Walnut Whopper !
Listen in to the Danny Baker show on Friday to hear the live unveiling or watch the live stream on the bbc London website

Ok so after 3 years of making giant snacks just for fun (strange hobby I know) I get a text from my sister Gemma, who's a radio producer at BBC London, saying Danny baker is interested in the giant snacks and to call her.
The next thing I know I'm chatting on air about it all and trying to make it all sound quite normal, he's got listeners texting in suggestions of what to make and we're challenged to make a giant Malteser for next week - talk about surreal !
How do you even make a Malteser ?
